Yoga Class Canceled Tonight

I'm sad to announce tonight's yoga class at our second location is canceled.  Our host is ill.  Send her some good vibes and we'll pick up again next week.

No Yoga class on Tuesday January 18th!  Prior engagement.  Hit up the Thursday class to make up for it ;) Oh and I'm excited to mention, photos will be posted on the blog soon too, to give it that yoga feel.

Hello to All and Happy New Year!

I'm pleased to announce this year's new yoga schedule.  Thanks to all for your feedback, encouragement, flexibility (no pun intended) and love.

Starting January 11th (that's a week from this Tuesday) class at my home (email me for address and directions) will start at 6:00 pm.  This is an hour class so it's important to be there with ample time for sign-in, set-up and calm-down :)

Also, I'm adding an additional night of yoga (thanks to the generous Emily Childers)!  Thursdays starting January 13th at 6:00 pm at Emily's home (located at Alma School and the US 60--again, email for exact address)

That's 2 nights of $5 yoga, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm, starting the week of January 11th.  Pass it on, bring friends and family, and start the NEW YEAR off with peace in your mind and love in your soul!
